How to Start a CBSE School In India?
Education ‘ Shiksha’ is one of the most basic needs of a every child in our Society. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a very well known education board in India and some other countries and considered to be the best education board in India. To start a CBSE affiliated School, you have to complete various procedures and you have to follow certain guidelines of CBSE from the start of your planning. You can also start with a primary school and then get affiliation from CBSE Board. The various steps involved are as follows :
Budget
To Start a School first thing is to Plan for Budget or Budget for Plan. Budget of School includes the cost to buy the Land (As per requirements and future plans), Construction of School Building, Establishment Formalities and Facilities school wants to cater. Right to Education Act, National Building Code, Fee Regulations, Regulations for School Managing Committee, Fire Safety norms, Health & Hygiene Norms, etc. This may vary State and City wise. Provident Fund, ESIC and some other applicable rules are common for all the states. Management should get confirmation from District Education Office for all the details. In some Cities you also have to take NOC from Traffic Police before you start a school. Its important for Promoters to understand the various Government laws applicable on schools. To Start a school Society/Trust/Company has to apply for Permission to Start a School and Recognition from State Govt. After getting NOC from State Govt they can apply for CBSE or other boards.
